Malindi Lovegrove is a visionary artist who is currently travelling around Australia while she creates her art. She paints intuitively to transmit her visions into paintings.
A dedicated yogi of 20 plus years, Malindi draws from her daily meditation and breath work, her many years of studying Buddhism, Vedic Knowledge and Indigenous Wisdom, and her experiences with plant medicines from the Amazon.
Malindi got into drawing and painting from an early age and continued to create until age 20, when, suffering from depression and post traumatic stress, she hung up her brushes for a while to focus on self-healing through her spiritual path.
Almost 20 years later, after much self-transformation and inner work, her longing to express herself through painting was evoked again after a plant medicine journey. She felt so much gratitude for all the healing she experienced that she felt compelled to express it through art. She hasn’t stopped painting since.
Malindi has studied visionary art over the past four years with master teachers Daniel Mirante, Kuba Ambrose, Luis Tamani and Lili Acuna. Malindi is currently completing an Advanced Diploma in Art Therapy with the College of Complementary Medicine.
Malindi believes that everyone is an artist and everyone has deep soul truths to share. She is passionate about using art for self-healing, and encouraging beginner artists to blossom in their technical skills as well as their inner visions.
