Psymon is the Weapon Records progressive trance project of Simon Zaicz. His involvement and commitment to the Australian music scene extends beyond the realms of electronic music. During the 70’s & 80’s he worked with some of the largest acts in the country, which included touring with Australian Crawl and managed tours for Split Enz. Following an already extensive career in live music, Simon went on to embrace the world of outdoor electronic music festivals. As one of the founding members of the Australian outdoor festival circuit, he paved the way for the Far North Qld electronic music scene to flourish. His contribution to the collective has made the vision of the Nth Qld dance comunitya reality. Psymon delivers a diverse array of wholesome, technical and heart provoking sound that has delveloped over countless performances, tuning into a more refined, clean and accurate presentation of what its all abot. The message speaks loud with this project. As one of the most active local and touring acts in the country. Psymon/OM River is a firm staple in the legacy of psychedelic music culture.
