- Bring Your Own Warmth: While fundamental bedding items are supplied, please be advised that guests are required to bring their own blankets, duvets, doonas, or sleeping bags for adequate warmth during the night.Â
Dormitories: Features and Amenities for Shared Spaces
The dormitory accommodations provide a practical and social living environment, designed to be spacious and comfortable for a communal setting.
Capacity and Space Allocation: Each standard dormitory room is furnished with ten bunk beds, strictly limiting the maximum occupancy to ten people.Â
Crucially, each individual guest is allocated and has sole, exclusive access to an entire, full bunk bed structure. This means the top bunk and the bottom bunk of the assigned structure are considered “their own space” for luggage storage, personal organization, and overall roominess, promoting a significantly less crowded environment.

Important Information Regarding Check-in Procedures

Departure RequirementsÂ
Upon your check-out and final departure, the cabin or assigned dormitory area must be left in a clean, tidy, and organized state, suitable for immediate turnover. This includes

- Removing and appropriately disposing of all personal rubbish, waste materials, and recycling.

- Generally tidying up and restoring the space to the organized condition in which it was received.
Personal Belongings
Please note that we can’t take responsibility for any lost, damaged, or stolen items in the cabins. Everyone is responsible for keeping their personal belongings safe.
Security Deposit for Private Cabins Only
To cover the potential, unforeseen cost of excessive cleaning requirements or minor damages that may occur during the stay, a $200 security deposit is mandatory for private accommodation only.

- Purpose and Refund: This deposit is a standard administrative requirement and serves as a guarantee. It will be fully refunded within 14 days after check-out, provided the cabin is thoroughly inspected and found to be in the satisfactory condition it was received.

- Deductions: A refund will be withheld, partially or in full, only if supplementary cleaning services beyond standard turnover or repair of minor damage are deemed necessary. Failure to strictly adhere to the cleanliness and tidiness standards detailed above may result in the partial or full retention of this deposit to cover the associated operational expenses.
