Name Changes
There are no refunds for Orin Aya, therefore you need to find a way to pass on your ticket if you no longer need it. There are 2 methods to change names and resell tickets in case you no longer make it. We do not allow tickets to be resold on Tixel or Ticketswap, please ensure you use the official ticketing platform Triniq for ticket resale only.
Name Change to a friend – If you know the person well who wants to take the ticket off you then you can do a name change directly on Triniq with the original purchasing account at triniq.com/profile
Resell your ticket – If you don’t know the person who you are changing the ticket to very well or if you need to find a buyer to safely sell your ticket, then please use the Triniq resale service (sellers log in here / buyers can look for tickets here).
Be aware of scammers & ticket recommendations
Always be careful of ticket scams, they are everywhere. We recommend to only buy directly via Triniq and where possible even buy your own ticket on your own card so that you always control your own purchase.
Never buy directly from people via Facebook, eBay, GumTree and other social media sites. If you do decide to buy a second hand / resale ticket then the only place we can recommend for a safe purchase would be the Triniq resale marketplace.
If you do not follow our recommendations on this topic then there is no way to guarantee your entry, we only mention this to protect you as our loyal family. Don’t try to cut corners because it rarely works.
